Prices & Purchase

Prices of goods advertised at Bumibola.com are liable to changes at any given moment. Any changes in prices will be noted on the product page and the most current prices displayed will be the price charged when a purchase is made. As errors may occur in pricing, we will notify you if items you have purchased have incorrect prices displayed on the product page and give you the option of reconfirming the purchase or cancelling it. If no reply is received from the customer, the purchase made will be cancelled. 

All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of prices.

Payment

Payment for goods must be made immediately upon confirming the items purchased in the shopping cart. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. Payment can be made via the following:

Delivery of Goods

All goods purchased at bumibola.com will be prepared for delivery the following day. Items that leave our warehouse will take within 1-2 days to arrive at your doorstep. All items are delivered via the Pos Laju service and incur a flat rate of RM7 for all single transactions.

Customer Responsibility

Customer is responsible for the immediate payment of items purchased and to provide proof of payment for payment done via direct online transfer or bank in.

Supplier Responsibility

Supplier is responsible for the timely delivery of goods purchased i.e. 3-5 days from day of purchase.
